Hassan Muhammad, CA/CPA, MBA, is the Board Chair of the Interest-Free Housing Co-op of Canada. Since joining the board in 2015 and assuming the Chairmanship in 2019, he has focused on scaling ethical, Shariah-compliant housing solutions. Hassan balances his community leadership with a professional career in the hospitality industry, managing financial operations and corporate strategy. A passionate advocate for Islamic finance since his youth, he actively dedicates his time to grassroots community building—delivering regular Khutbahs and Khatiras, and leading impact-driven dawah initiatives focused on empowering the next generation.

Javed Abdullah is an educator and IHC board member, involved since 2015 and serving on the board since 2019. He is an active community contributor with ICNA Vancouver Chapter and his local masjid, and also serves as a volunteer leader supporting cultural initiatives in Surrey, BC.
